Pop Star magazine (February 2009 issue) asked Selena who would she want as a guest star on her show.

“Demi might actually come on our show. I might go on her show as well. The Jonas Brothers are pretty booked. I’d love to have them on the show, but that just a wish. That would be fun.”

Who Would Selena Prefer to Date

Pop Star also asked Selena if she would rather date someone in or out of the business.

“I want to date someone who’s in the business, but who has the attitude of someone outside the business. I would easily, in a heartbeat, date someone outside the business, but it’s also hard for them to really understand the scheduling and the traveling and having to really just tell that person I can’t do that tonight or today.”

Sometimes you just have to give that person a chance. Not to isolate someone that would be the perfect match for you.

A Boat Ride Around New York

According to Pop Star magazine (February 2009)the nicest thing that someone had done for Selena is that, “[He] took me on a boat around New York City. A private boat. It was very sweet.”

It was sweet. I have never been on a boat – - not even a row boat. Well does a canoe count? I will never get in one of those ever again.

What is in a Dream

Pop Star magazine (February 2009 issue) sat down with Wizard’s actress/singer Selena Gomez and asked her what her weirdest dream was.

“The weirdest dream I had was one where I was dating my co-star on Wizards of Waverly Place, David Henrie. It was the weirdest thing ever. It was so awkward the next morning.”

I can see who it would be weird on the set the next day.

Selena Gomez Looks Up to Britney Spears

According to www.aceshowbiz.com and Latina magazine , Gomez looks up to the pop singer, Britney Spears.

“In a way, Britney can be someone to look up to. She was constantly being looked at and picked on,” Selena told the magazine.

Selena is starting to feel a little heat for the media, just like Ms. Spears, “It’s starting to happen to me. At the moment, I don’t have anything good they can pick on me with, but they’ll find something. Maybe I can be as strong,”

I am sure that Selena will be strong, if that time comes.

Stray Dogs Get Feed

According to Monica Herrera, writer for http://latina.com, Selena Gomez spent sometime feeding
stray dogs in Puerto Rico. This is part of a nonprofits groups DoSomething and Island Dog. Those causes are to help to improve the lives of animals in the Caribbean. Selena wrote on her Myspace blog.

“The last time I was in PR shooting Princess Protection Program, we noticed all of these stray dogs and puppies. We ended up finding out that Puerto Rico has a ‘dead dog beach’…sounds worse than it is but people actually kill dogs for fun here…We are spending the day feeding puppies, washing them and hanging out with them. After we spend the day with them we are sending these dogs to different places in the U.S, the no-kill dog shelters, so they can find a home.”

I can not stand the fact that people are kill dogs for fun. That makes me sick. Thank goodness that people are doing something about it. Keep up the good work and let’s stop killing the helpless animals.

Selena is are a great role model for kids out there.

Selena Gomez is on the Cover of Teen Vogue

According to http://news.lalate.com, Selena Gomez is on the cover of Teen Vogue. Selena blogged on her Myspace about Teen Vogue and other information stuff that her fans will like.

“ i just finished up my first cover! i was honored to be on the cover of Teen Vogue in the June/July issue which is my birthday! i have been subscribed to this magazine for 3 years and when i got a call asking if i could be on one of their covers this year i cried and freaked out!

i cant wait for you guys to see it, i talk about you all in the issue and how you
are the reason they even called me, so thank you, thank you, thank you Plus i wanted to share with you guys that as soon as i get done here in PR i will be heading off the my 2nd favorite place in the world Vancouver, Canada!

i spent 3 months there last year and now i will be spending another couple of months there shooting Ramona! I cant wait to go back so if you live in Canada i can not wait to see you guys!!
