Selena Gomez encouraged her fans to help her raise $1 million dollars for UNICEF via a live  webchat yesterday. Gomez was recently named the youngest ambassador for the program ever and already visited Ghana and West Africa on the organization’s behalf.

The Wizards of Waverly Place star took to USTREAM to share some of the details from these trips with fans and to promote the Trick-or-Treat for UNICEF campaign, where fundraisers trick-or-treat for donations. Selena and her fans have raised $45,000 for UNICEF, but the 17 year old is aiming for $1 million by the end of the year.
