myRMX and Hollywood Records have released a myRMX App for Selena Gomez and The Scene for the iPhone and iPod Touch. Ms. Gomez, Disney star and teen celebrity, is putting her fans first by giving them the opportunity to re-imagine her music with myRMX and share their creations with friends and the social web. The Selena Gomez and The Scene/myRMX App will include “I Don’t Miss You At All”and “I Won’t Apologize” from the Gold Certified album “Kiss and Tell”.

Both songs were chosen for the myRMX platform for the best user experience possible, using the original session recordings that showcase the full range of talents of Ms. Gomez and her band.

Pat Roberts, CTO of myRMX said, “We were excited when we saw what Hollywood Records had provided us, it really was the entire studio session – start to finish. They allowed us free reign in the selection of samples and I think that it really shows off their hard work in the studio and I know it showcases the full potential of myRMX.”

Dominic Griffin, Vice President of Hollywood Records, championed the paring of Selena Gomez and The Scene’s music with myRMX. myRMX is a unique iPhone/iPod Touch experience that allows users to remix their favorite artists’songs with a fun, intuitive interface. Users may save their mixes and share those mixes with friends via e-mail, and by posting the share codes that myRMX produces on their social sites. There is an In-App Store where other artists’ mixPACKs are available.

Selena Gomez and The Scene on myRMX for the iPhone/iPod Touch now available in the iTunes App Store for $2.99 (US).
