“I’ve had plenty. You know, when we’re in the car a song will come on the radio, and wel’‘ be having a nice moment, and then we’ll bump noses or something! I remember one time I wore boots and my crush and I were leaning in to kiss and it was all romantic, and then I slipped on my boots! It wasn’t fin.”

Disagreeing with Parents

“We all disagree with our parents on things,” Selena told the May/June 2009 Issue of “Twist” magazine. ” For me it was always about freedom. I remember when I was 13, I thought I was so cool and I sat there and argued with my mom about letting me go to the mall with my friends.”

Selena learned that it was not all cracked up to what she thought it would be, and she even missed her mom.

“When I got to the mall, I really missed my mom there! I was so sorry we ever argued about it. I learned that you just have to step back with a situation like that and realize there are other ways to handled it besides arguing.”

“Beautifully Disturbed”

Selena Gomez told Twist magazine (May/June 2009 Issue) about a song that she has been working on.

“It’s called ‘Beautifully Disturbed.’ It’s definitely a song that’s close to me because it’s a nickname I was given, and it’s very sweet. It means that sometimes I can be negative like every person can be, but you’ve got t o find the beauty in that.”

Don’t Change for A Boy

“I had a crush on a skateboarder, so I wanted to buy skateboards,” Selena told the June 2009 issue of M”Magazine. I spent sooo much money buying the whole look – - I got beanies, headbands, and wristbands, too! It turned out that my crush did like me, but not because I was a skateboarder – - he like me for me.”

That is sweet. I am glad that he also liked her. If a guy does not like you for you, then he is not worth it.

Selena’s Album is on Hold

According to the June 2009 issue of Tiger Beat magazine, Selena Gomez’s album has been put on hold.

“My album is being pushed [back] a little bit because of the two movies I’m working on. For my actual tour, I’m aiming for January 2010 because I’m hoping to tour with Forever The Sickest Kids.”

Does Selena Look Like Demi

I have to admit, when I started to write about Selena and Demi, it was hard for me to tell them a part, but luckily I now do.

“Someone thought I was Demi. I played along with it and went, ‘Totally’ I know her signature like the back of my hand. I did it and was like,’Take care!’”

Selena ‘freaked out’ over Emmy nod

According to The Press Association, Selena Gomez ‘freaked out’ over her shows Emmy nomination.

“I freaked out and I jumped up and down and I ran downstairs to tell my mom, and I said, ‘Mom, we got nominated for an Emmy’ – she was in her bed and I woke up my mom and my stepdad and I was freaking out and I don’t remember what happened after that because I was too excited.”
