There is a rumor going around that the beautiful actress /singer Selena Gomez is dating Taylor Lautner , from New Moon, according to www.celebuzz.com. It has been reported some sources have said that the couple have been seen eating together and he even had lunch with her on the set of the “Ramona,” movie, which is being filmed in Canada.

As far as I know, there have been no pictures taken yet or even confirmed.

Personally, I think that they would make a cute couple.

Mother’s Day

According to www.aceshowbiz.com, Selena Gomez will be cooking for her mother, Mandy, on Mother’s Day. Selena will be preparing Shrimp Lettuce Wraps. Interesting meal, but there is a reason for it.

“This is actually the first meal we cooked in our first house. We had always lived in apartments so, when we finally got settled into our very first home, it was the first thing we made,” Mandy explains.

Only once did my sister and I cook mom breakfast, we were not that only. She got burnt toast, eggs with the shells, orange juice and coffee.

I hope Selena Gomez and her mom will have a great Mothers Day. Now I need to look for the date. I am not sure when it is. Oooh. May 10^th. Not sure what to get mom this year. I guess I should ask her.

Disney Channel will premiere “Princess Protection Program”, in June. The Disney movie stars Demi Lovato and Selena Gomez.

Great Parents

Selena Gomez sat down with Tiger Beat magazine and talked a little about her parents.

When you are a teenager it is hard to go to a parent for advice, but Selena Gomez does not have any problems talking to her mom.

“I always go to my mom for advice. She’s taught me how to not take things too personally.”

It is hard for celebrities to stay ground and not get a big ego.

“My mom and stepdad are my two biggest supporters. But they also keep me very grounded. Coming out to L.A. And having all these people say ‘Yes, you’re perfect’ – It was my parents’ job to be there and say, ‘No you’re not. You still have to do your chores!’”

What does Selena like to do when she has time off? She spends time with her parents.

“We’ll go rent movies and buy a bunch of junk food and hang out in our sweatpants.”

I love that idea. Maybe I should try it.
